Join us in Sharjah, UAE as a Production Operator, ensuring quality, safety, and precision in paint manufacturing. Be part of a global team where collaboration drives success, could this be something for you?

What will your responsibilities include?

  • Activities include RM Receival, RM Preparation, Mixing, Milling and Filling Activities

  • Ensure activities to be performed in line with the local SOP

  • Safely load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring they are stored and handled in compliance with safety standard

  • Use appropriate PPE and handling equipment for hazardous materials, as required by company protocols

  • Operate manual and semi-automatic machinery, such as mixers, grinders, and filling machines, in line with operating procedures

  • Adjust machine settings and monitor operations to ensure product consistency and quality

  • Conduct in-process quality checks as per the product specifications ensuring each batch meets specified standards

  • Report any deviations to the supervisor and assist with corrective actions

  • Perform routine cleaning of equipment and production areas to prevent cross-contamination between batches

  • Follow procedures for cleaning tanks, mixers, pumps, and other equipment using designated cleaning solvents

  • Label and dispose of waste materials, including leftover solvents and rejected products, in line with environmental and safety regulations

  • Document the use of cleaning solvents and maintain records in the Reuse Solvent Register where applicable

The position will be based in our Sharjah factory and will report into the Production Supervisor.

Furthermore, we expect that you have

  • SSC/SSLC is mandatory

  • Manufacturing industry experience is required

  • Experience in manufacturing paints is an added advantage

  • Proficiency in English Language is mandatory

  • Able to work independently or as a team as per the requirement at various tasks

  • Highly collaborative team player

  • Timely coordination and communication among the team
