Job Description

The role of a Product Marketing Coordinator is integral to bridging the gap between product development and sales enablement. This position is designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing who can effectively communicate product value propositions and drive adoption in the marketplace. Working under the guidance of the Product Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, support product launches, and gather market insights to inform product enhancement decisions. The ideal candidate should have a flare for storytelling and the ability to transform complex product information into easily digestible material for a variety of audiences. With a keen eye for detail and a collaborative spirit, the Product Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s products resonate with potential customers, fulfill their needs, and achieve commercial success.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies for multiple product lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Support the execution of go-to-market plans and track launch effectiveness.
  • Develop marketing collateral that communicates product benefits and advantages clearly.
  • Conduct market research to gather data on market trends and customer requirements.
  • Assist in organizing and managing promotional events or trade shows.
  • Maintain competitive analysis reports to benchmark product positioning strategies.
  • Generate content for social media channels to enhance product visibility online.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure product information is accurately communicated.
  • Monitor and report on feedback from end-users to support product improvement.
  • Assist in the production of informative and engaging product videos.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for product marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or similar role will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
