Physical Medicine And Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant to join our dedicated healthcare team. The consultant will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing comprehensive treatment plans that aid patients in recovering and improving their functional abilities following injury or illness.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed patient evaluations to determine physical rehabilitation needs
• Design individualized rehabilitation strategies integrating multiple therapeutic techniques
• Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans to optimize recovery
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including therapists, nurses, and physicians
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and recovery expectations
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
  
  

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Valid medical license to practice
• Minimum of 5 years experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills for diverse physical impairments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
