Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, facilitating communication, and managing schedules. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and an aptitude for multitasking. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring optimal time management.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Conduct research and provide background information to aid decision-making.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents efficiently.
  • Plan and execute personal tasks on behalf of the executive as requested.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments with attention to detail.
  • Track and report expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours and adapt to new tasks quickly.
