A Personal Assistant at 20N25 plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to our executives. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with keen attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics for executive review.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff, representing the executive professionally.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Screen and manage communications, prioritizing phone calls, emails, and other correspondences.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, keeping systems up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Prepare expense reports and track the executive's spending for accurate reporting.
  • Arrange and coordinate both domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations.
  • Support the executive with personal tasks as required, ensuring seamless operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for successful task execution.
  • Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
