The Patient Admissions Manager plays a critical role in healthcare facilities by overseeing the admissions process, ensuring smooth patient transitions from arrival to treatment. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare admissions position is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with patients, families, and staff.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and admission procedures.
  • Proficiency in hospital management software and other relevant IT systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve patient admission issues.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
