Parts Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Parts Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling automotive spare parts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for automotive spare parts sales.
• Assist customers in selecting the right OEM and aftermarket parts based on their needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealerships, workshops, and retail customers.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to clients.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and handle payments efficiently.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking and special orders.
• Keep up to date with new automotive parts, technologies, and market trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and market analysis to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive spare parts sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, brands, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and sales CRM tools.
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
