Outdoor Sales Representative

AADPlus is looking for a confident, motivated, and target-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team in the UAE.

This is a pure field sales role focused on promoting and selling AADPlus IT and software solutions. The selected candidate will visit clients in person, introduce our software products, conduct live demos, and close sales deals.

Full product training, demo applications, and sales materials will be provided. A technical background is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit businesses across the UAE and meet business owners or decision-makers
• Introduce AADPlus IT products and software solutions
• Explain how our software helps businesses manage daily operations more efficiently
• Conduct live product demos using provided demo apps, videos, and sales materials
• Generate leads through market visits, referrals, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups
• Maintain daily visit records and lead follow-up updates
• Coordinate with the technical team for demo scheduling and client onboarding
• Achieve monthly targets for visits, demos, and closed deals
• Build long-term client relationships for renewals, referrals, and future sales

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field

. Minimum 1 years of outdoor sales, field sales, or business development experience

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality
• Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills
• Good knowledge of UAE business areas and commercial markets
• Comfortable visiting clients physically on a daily basis
• Basic smartphone skills, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, and email

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in software, SaaS, POS, ERP, IT services, or digital marketing sales
• Experience giving live product demos to business owners
• Previous UAE field sales experience will be an advantage
