Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver tailored product presentations that meet clients' needs.

  • Provide excellent after-sales support to clients to strengthen business relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets within the stipulated time frames.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and documentation for management review and analysis.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s product offerings and pricing policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in an outdoor or field sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities are critical for success.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
