Job Description

The Outdoor Sales Executive role is a dynamic and highly rewarding position, requiring individuals who are driven, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. As a vital member of our sales team, the Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while actively generating new business opportunities. This role necessitates traveling to various locations to meet with potential and existing clients, which means you will need to be comfortable working outside of a traditional office setting. In addition to increasing sales and achieving targets, the Outdoor Sales Executive must also provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that clients' needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various prospecting methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals as set by management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales successfully.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to improve performance.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and document client interactions and sales activities.
  • Travel regularly to meet with clients and attend networking events in the field.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in outdoor sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to close deals effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently between client visits.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work outside of standard office hours.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing sales records.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for conducting field visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
