Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our products and services by engaging with potential clients directly in their territories. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers within the designated geographical area.

  • Negotiate client contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales transactions.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets and performance goals consistently.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management detailing field activity results.

  • Provide excellent post-sale service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with client needs.
  • Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and training sessions as required.
  • Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and effective sales techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a mobile sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
