Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular visits to potential clients to introduce and promote company products.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales objectives.
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key decision-makers at targeted organizations.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and seminars to enhance knowledge and increase sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets within set time frames consistently.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product features.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach focused on meeting targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software; experience with sales platforms is a plus.
