Job Description

The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the company’s operations. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational strategy, aligning it with the company's broader objectives, and ensuring all functions within the operational team run smoothly. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a leadership role for at least five years.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage teams.
  • Proficient with technology and experience using enterprise resource planning software.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to drive informed decisions and improvements.
