Job Description

The Operations Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee daily operational activities ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set performance goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and optimize processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of department heads to promote a collaborative culture.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-departmental initiatives to improve organizational productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Develop budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to enhance profitability.
  • Implement new technologies and systems to improve operational workflows and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and executive management to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in operations management or similar roles.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and ERP tools for data analysis.
  • Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and cost control measures.
