We’re Hiring: Operations Coordinator – Welfare Services

Location: UAE
Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License

Auxilium is looking for an Operations Coordinator – Welfare Services to support day-to-day employee welfare and operational coordination across sites and accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate employee welfare, accommodation, and transportation requirements
• Liaise with camps, sites, supervisors, drivers, and internal teams
• Handle employee queries and welfare-related concerns
• Conduct site and camp visits and follow up on operational issues
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Support HR and Operations with workforce-related requirements
• Ensure timely resolution of welfare and operational matters

Requirements:
• Previous experience in operations, welfare services, camp coordination, facilities, or employee services
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable travelling across different sites
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• UAE experience preferred
• Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be an advantage
