  • Conduct root cause analysis to address systemic inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Support project teams in the implementation of new operational tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies during operational changes.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and programs for staff on new processes.
  • Regularly review and improve operational processes to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an operational analysis or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficient in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards is advantageous.
