Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and operational process improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and concise way to stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements affecting operations.
