The Online Sales Executive is a dynamic and pivotal position in our sales team aimed at expanding our digital footprint and driving online revenue growth.   • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders online.
  • Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to track, report, and analyze customer interactions and sales trends.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital sales and e-commerce technology.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless and secure e-commerce operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or digital sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Motivated self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
