Job Description

The Online Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement. This position involves overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, content marketing, email campaigns, and more. The Online Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and ensure the successful deployment of marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, data analysis to assess campaign performance, and the ability to swiftly adapt strategies in response to rapid digital ecosystem changes. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize SEO tactics to increase search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Design, execute, and analyze pay-per-click (PPC) and SEM campaigns efficiently.
  • Oversee the content creation process for blogs, videos, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate with the design team to create engaging digital marketing materials.
  • Track, analyze, and optimally report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media presence and interaction.
  • Identify key performance indicators for new website launches and campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions are implemented.
  • Lead the marketing automation and CRM integration efforts for effective follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align marketing goals and strategies.
  • Research competitor online marketing strategies and adapt innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns successfully.
  • Expertise with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and guide marketing strategies effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign management.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
