Job Description

As an Office Services Assistant, your role is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support that enhances team productivity and contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, including room setups and catering services.
  • Support office staff by performing a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage and update office records and databases to maintain accurate information.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees as necessary for business needs.
  • Conduct office walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and optimal working conditions.
  • Support event planning and execution for company functions and celebrations.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance and repair needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing office duties and tasks.
