As a Night Manager (Arabic Speaker), you’re not just overseeing overnight hotel operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Heres what youll do during a typical day:

  • Lead the hotel’s overnight operation as Manager on Duty, ensuring business continuity, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Make operational decisions and take ownership of issues arising during the night, escalating matters to the appropriate HOD or General Manager when required.
  • Monitor hotel performance throughout the shift and take corrective action to maintain Hilton Brand Standards and operational targets.
  • Oversee guest satisfaction and service recovery, ensuring complaints, feedback, and special requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Review and control the Night Audit process, daily revenue, cash handling, and operational reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor staffing and productivity, ensuring Team Members are deployed effectively according to business needs and occupancy levels.
  • Conduct management inspections of the hotel to ensure standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and guest areas are consistently maintained.
  • Lead the response to emergencies and incidents, ensuring appropriate action, documentation, communication, and escalation in line with hotel procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Standards, SOPs, health and safety, HACCP, security, and applicable UAE requirements.
  • Coach, guide, and support Team Members, providing feedback and recognition while reinforcing Hilton values and service expectations.
  • Review operational challenges and trends and communicate recommendations to the relevant HODs and management team for follow-up.
  • Ensure effective handover of operational, guest, financial, and staffing matters to the morning management team.
  • Represent the hotel leadership during the night shift and maintain professional communication with guests, Team Members, and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager in an international hotel is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division, and hotel night operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a multi-department operation and make sound decisions independently.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, guest service, health & safety, and security procedures.
  • Flexible to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on business requirements.
