Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while ensuring a seamless experience. You'll leverage your knowledge of the real estate market to provide insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring they make informed property decisions. In addition, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets and company objectives. Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages for informed decisions.
  • Assist clients in property purchases by conducting thorough market research.
  • Negotiate property sales, purchases, and leases with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present financial and comparative market analysis reports to clients.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and attract clients.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties in the database regularly.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and construction personnel to close transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding property investment opportunities.
  • Participate in industry networking events and workshops to enhance professional knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, regulations, and standards in all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar sales role is essential.
  • Licensed to operate as a real estate agent or consultant within relevant jurisdiction.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
