Responsibilities

• Coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering tasks with project teams.
• Oversee the development and implementation of MEP project plans and schedules.
• Ensure that all MEP designs meet regulatory and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly with overall project specifications.
• Monitor and control project budgets specific to MEP-related activities and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of MEP installations.
• Prepare and present regular reports to project stakeholders regarding MEP progress and challenges.
• Facilitate the development and approval of submittals, shop drawings, and MEP-related documentation.
• Identify potential risks and propose proactive solutions to mitigate any MEP-related issues.
• Manage communication and coordination with subcontractors for timely completion of MEP tasks.
• Train and guide project team members on MEP procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological innovations for MEP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in MEP coordination or related roles.
• Strong understanding of MEP processes, designs, and safety regulations is essential.
• Proven track record of managing multiple MEP projects simultaneously within deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using project management and CAD software relevant to MEP tasks.
• Possession of a professional certification in project management or MEP coordination is preferred.
