As a Medical Representative, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare sales team, acting as a liaison between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals. Your primary objective is to promote, demonstrate, and sell medical products to doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies, influencing prescription patterns and aiding in the company's growth. You must possess comprehensive knowledge of the medical products you represent and the medical field in general. Your work will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and providing them with information and support to drive the up-take of our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals regularly.
• Research market trends and keep informed of new product developments.
• Meet and exceed sales targets both in terms of volume and revenue.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve issues about product quality or service.
• Monitor and report competitors' activities and share market insights with the team.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and sales opportunities.
• Attend industry conferences and seminars to network and enhance product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit detailed activity reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, medical terminology, and jargon.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to learn scientific and technical product specifications quickly.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours to meet clients.
