Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand the design requirements and project scope.
• Create schematics, plans, and layouts based on rough sketches and specifications.
• Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements as requested.
• Check calculations to verify all project specifications and accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers for component specifications and catalog integration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Research cutting-edge tools and methodologies for improving design processes.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation processes.
• Maintain organized records and files of all technical drawings and related documents.
• Assist in gathering data and analyzing compatibility of parts and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in mechanical drafting or design work.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all design aspects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
