  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and develop business contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Sales, or a related field required.
  • Proven sales experience in the lighting or electrical industry preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lighting products and solutions is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and technical drawing tools.
  • Certification or training in professional sales techniques is a plus.
