Landscape Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative, design-driven, and talented Landscape Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, sustainable, and high-quality landscape design solutions across a variety of projects. This role requires exceptional conceptual design capabilities, strong creative thinking skills, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual presentations and detailed design documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative landscape design concepts from inception through project delivery.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, detailed, design stages.
• Produce high-quality hand sketches, digital illustrations, mood boards, and design narratives to communicate design intent.
• Create visually compelling CGI renderings, 3D models, animations, and presentation materials.
• Develop landscape master plans, planting designs, public realm strategies, and detailed landscape packages.
• Ensure designs align with sustainability principles, environmental best practices, and project objectives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, urban designers, engineers, planners, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, technical documentation, and specifications.
• Present design concepts effectively to internal stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
• Conduct site analysis, research, and landscape assessments to inform design decisions.
• Integrate innovative design solutions while considering functionality, aesthetics, user experience, and long-term maintenance requirements.
• Support project delivery by ensuring design quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 – 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or public realm projects, From reputed Landscape design consultancies.
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing exceptional creativity, design excellence, and visualization capabilities.
• Experience working on large-scale mixed-use, residential, hospitality, commercial, public realm, or master planning projects is highly desirable.
• Professional membership or registration with a recognized landscape architecture body is an advantage.
