Kitchen Exhaust Duct Fabricator & Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Exhaust Duct Fabricator & Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fabricating and installing commercial kitchen exhaust duct systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate commercial kitchen exhaust ducts using Mild Steel (M/S), Stainless Steel (SS), and Galvanized Iron (GI) sheets.
• Install kitchen exhaust duct systems, including supports, hangers, and duct accessories.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and installation layouts.
• Take accurate site measurements and perform modifications when required.
• Assemble, fit, and install duct sections according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of ductwork.
• Inspect completed work to maintain quality and meet company standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform maintenance, repair, or replacement of existing exhaust duct systems when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial kitchen exhaust duct fabrication and installation.
• Strong knowledge of Mild Steel (M/S), Stainless Steel (SS), and Galvanized Iron (GI) duct fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and shop drawings.
• Experience in duct installation, site fitting, supports, and hanging systems.
• Skilled in using fabrication and installation tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work at construction sites and heights when required.
