We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our technical services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of commercial kitchen and catering equipment.
A significant part of this role involves working on comprehensive food factory setups, cold chain facilities, and heavy-duty production kitchens.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Install and set up commercial kitchen machinery, including ovens and specialized food processing units.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute routine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime in busy commercial kitchens and cold factory environments.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and gas faults swiftly and perform high-quality repairs.
Cold Factory & Layout Execution: Assist in and maintain large-scale cold room setups, production line equipment, and centralized kitchen facilities.
Field Service: Travel to various client locations across the UAE to deliver prompt on-site technical support.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician.

Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in reading electrical schematics, gas system diagrams, and commercial kitchen layout/factory blueprints.
License: Must possess a valid UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License (essential for field service operations).

Skills: Proficient in repairing both hot equipment (ovens, ranges) and cold/refrigeration systems (chillers, freezers, ice machines).

Language: Clear communication skills in English
