About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Technical Consultant to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for our payment and transport solutions.

As a key technical point of contact for our customers, you will help translate business requirements into technical solutions, support product configuration and validation, and contribute to the successful delivery of customer projects.

What You Will Do

• Provide technical consultancy for EMV and transport solutions.
• Understand customer business requirements and help define appropriate technical solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and customers throughout product development, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Prepare clear and accurate technical specifications and documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with customers on project requirements, timelines, and technical inquiries.
• Brief internal teams on tasks, deliverables, and timelines according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate technical investigations and troubleshooting to ensure effective problem resolution.
• Ensure solutions are properly tested and validated by customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and products.
  
  

About You

You are a technically curious and customer-focused professional who enjoys transforming business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Organized and collaborative, you are comfortable communicating with both customers and technical teams, managing different priorities, and solving problems in a dynamic environment.

What we are looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in the smart card industry.
• Good technical product knowledge.
• Knowledge of EMV and transport solutions.
• Experience or knowledge of project management.
• Understanding of payment brands' project scope and processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal technical teams.
• Ability to remain organized and effective while working under pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Certification in Project Management and/or Business Analysis is considered an advantage.
