Role Overview

Associate Account Manager | Northern Emirates, UAE | Remote

Northern Emirates is an exciting new market for Fresha and we’re looking for an exceptional Associate Account Manager to help our partners get more value from the platform and drive their success.

You’ll manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships, understanding their goals and identifying opportunities to increase revenue, strengthen retention and introduce businesses to more of what Fresha has to offer.

This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships, drive commercial growth and play a key role in Fresha’s growth across Northern Emirates.

Salary & Earning Potential

12,500 AED - 15,000 AED OTE

12,500 MAD base salary + additional performance based variable pay

Hit 100% of your target, and you earn your OTE. Surpass your target, and you earn more with our accelerator model; the sales team hit 110% globally in 2026

What You'll Do

• KPIs: Own your targets across retention and revenue growth, proactively engaging with accounts and helping them unlock more value from Fresha.
• Upselling: Understand account performance and spot opportunities to grow revenue by introducing businesses to more of what Fresha has to offer.
• Engagement: Build strong relationships through regular meetings, getting to know each business and becoming a trusted point of contact.
• Consistency: Maintain a consistent contact strategy across your accounts, keeping businesses engaged and building relationships that last.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Bring 1-2 years of SDR experience or 1-2 years of revenue-generating Account Management experience, with a track record of delivering results.
• Commercial Mindset: Enjoy spotting opportunities to grow revenue, working towards targets and finding ways to get more value from existing accounts, ideally within SaaS.
• Relationship Building: Be someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know customers, understanding their business and building relationships that last.
• Ownership: Take ownership of your accounts, manage your time effectively and be proactive in finding opportunities to make an impact.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing curiosity, creativity and a problem-solving mindset to your work.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
