Responsibilities

  • Support the senior commercial officers in the analysis of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of contract documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for business analysis.
  • Assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Monitor and report on commercial performance metrics and generate action plans for improvement.
  • Provide support in pricing and forecasting activities to aid in strategic planning.
  • Assist in the identification of new business opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and update of commercial databases and files.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for business analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in contract management or commercial roles will be considered an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges.
