Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of fruit and vegetable juices to customers.
• Follow recipes exactly and adjust based on customer preferences or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of juicing and work areas at all times.
• Operate, clean, and perform regular maintenance on juicing equipment daily.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed for continued operation.
• Engage with customers to provide juice recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle all transactions accurately and return correct change when necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure food-safe practices.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report significant problems to management.
• Prepare ingredient lists for special juice blends and seasonal offerings.
• Train new staff in juice preparation and customer service techniques.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and recording usage.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of different fruits, vegetables, and their nutritional benefits.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
