Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior trainers and trainees.

• Conduct follow-up evaluations to measure training retention and application.
• Advise on safety improvements and policy updates based on training feedback.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Technical Education, Safety Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an instructor specializing in technical or safety disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities for effective program delivery.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and training technologies.
• Certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning styles and environments.
