Requirements

• Proven experience as an HV Cable Jointer in similar industry roles.
• Thorough knowledge of high-voltage power cable systems and installations.
• Certification in HV Jointing, typically 132kV and above, is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve jointing issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications accurately.
• Strong commitment to safety with a proactive approach to risk management.
• Willingness to work in physically demanding environments including confined spaces.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to different work site locations and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate mechanical equipment safely.
