Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and lead the company's Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring they are aligned with the business's goals and organizational culture. As an HR Manager, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives and projects that support employee engagement, talent development, recruitment strategies, and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will act as a bridge between the organization's management and its employees, fostering a positive working environment that promotes productivity and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or concerns.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs, develop training programs, and ensure their implementation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Develop and maintain an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior HR staff to help them grow professionally.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives to improve company's overall performance.
  • Participate in tactical and strategic projects and initiatives alongside management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices in your region.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills capable of directing a motivated HR team.
  • Proficiency in people management software and HR information systems preferred.
