Job Description

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in shaping a high-performance work culture while overseeing the company’s HR operations. This role involves the strategic and hands-on administration of recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, policy formulation, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will ensure that human resource programs support our company's mission, goals, and values. Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring competitive and comprehensive coverage.

  • Collaborate with management to plan company-wide workforce requirements.
  • Monitor HR metrics to gauge the success of implemented strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and best HR practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
