As an HR Manager, you play a critical role in shaping the workplace environment and culture of an organization. This position involves overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and international HR standards. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive position.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and HR software.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a leadership mindset.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
