Job Description

As an HR Manager, you play a critical role in shaping the workplace environment and culture of an organization. This position involves overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and international HR standards. You will be expected to work closely with management and employees to enhance work productivity and to maintain a positive work atmosphere. Your expertise will also aid in maintaining a healthy organizational structure and ensuring that HR processes are conducted efficiently and transparently. With an emphasis on leadership, communication, and organization, the HR Manager is pivotal in maintaining an effective human resources team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business strategies.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of employees.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor legislation and best practices.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all HR procedures and policies are aligned with organizational standards.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Develop training and developmental programs for employee skills enhancement.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Foster a positive working environment and work culture on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive position.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and HR software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a leadership mindset.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships.
