Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the human resources department and implementing effective HR strategies to support our organizational objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for hiring top talent.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitiveness.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management policies and procedures.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Conduct employee training programs to enhance skills and job satisfaction.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee engagement levels.
  • Support current and future business needs through workforce planning and succession management.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs effectively.
  • Advise management on organizational policies, aligning them with company objectives.
  • Promote corporate values and create a positive work environment for all employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in human resource management or related roles.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex HR data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
  • Experience with HR software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in Human Resources, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is preferred.
