Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and success of our organization. You will lead and oversee various human resource functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR tasks across the board. Your primary responsibilities include managing HR-related queries and providing exceptional leadership to the HR department. You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective HR policies that align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the HR team and other departments.
  • Shape corporate policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal standards.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and assist with employee development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing appropriate solutions and mediating conflicts.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights to management for strategic planning.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration to ensure organizational competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes employee development.
  • Advise and consult with department heads on HR related issues and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR position.
  • Comprehensive understanding of human resource management practices and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and guide diverse teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools for efficient operations.
