An HR Executive plays a crucial role in the human resources department of an organization, acting as a bridge between management and employees, and ensuring the smooth implementation of company policies and guidelines. Responsibilities

  • Maintain positive employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards at all times.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans that align with industry standards and budget.
  • Execute regular performance evaluation processes and provide constructive feedback.
  • Update and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Develop policies and procedures to improve workplace efficiency and morale.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational objectives.
  • Manage HR metrics to assess and improve HR policies, employee satisfaction, and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance issues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency with HR software and computer systems, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex HR issues critically.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
