Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and managing key processes that are essential to the organization's success. This position requires you to deliver strategic HR services, enhance employee engagement, and promote workplace harmony. You'll be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. An HR Executive must be resourceful, approachable, and knowledgeable about best HR practices. You will work closely with department heads and stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and compliance of HR operations. Your insights will be valuable in decision-making processes, and you will be expected to continuously evaluate and improve HR policies and procedures to align with the organization's goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent effectively.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct orientation and training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure effectiveness and fairness.
  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes and other HR issues amicably.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with current labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate and conduct exit interviews to gather useful employee feedback.
  • Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • Track HR metrics and report on workforce performance and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in payroll processing and update employee records as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
  • Proficiency in HR software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and demonstrate excellent integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
