Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in the human resources department by implementing HR policies, conducting employee engagement activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. You will be responsible for developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel, as well as overseeing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training. Your role will be integral to maintaining a productive and positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction. With a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you will also be involved in managing employee data and HR systems, providing necessary reports, and facilitating various HR projects that support organizational objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process to hire quality candidates in a timely manner.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements within the HRIS.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance with state laws.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Facilitate and improve various employee engagement and team-building activities regularly.
  • Provide decision-making support through HR metrics and industry best practices insights.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, supporting both the employee and the organization.
  • Support management in organizational changes and communicate changes effectively to staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in human resources, preferably as an HR Executive.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in various jurisdictions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, including conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic and flexible attitude.
