GAC Sharjah is seeking a young, dynamic candidate with strong communication skills for the role of HR Administrator to efficiently manage HR activities.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee visa processing, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain personal files, leave, attendance, medical records, and ensure HR policies comply with company and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate training programs, track employee development, and manage performance appraisals through HR systems.
• Address staff grievances, organize events, and promote a positive and productive workplace environment.
  
  

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred.
