Job Description

As an HR Administrator, you will be a pivotal member of our Human Resources department, responsible for facilitating a wide range of HR functions. You will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations by implementing policies, maintaining employee records, and providing support across various HR activities. Your role is crucial in fostering a high-performance culture and delivering exceptional service to employees and management alike. You will work to strategically administer HR-related programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with all regulations and advocating for best practices. This position requires a proactive and approachable professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all areas.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department and provide support.
  • Maintain employee records and databases accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support the recruitment process including job posting and candidate screening.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
  • Administer leave and attendance management systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations at all times.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions and professional development activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures promptly.
  • Conduct employee exit interviews and prepare related documentation as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Update and maintain HR-related documents, including handbooks and manuals.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues constructively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an HR Administrator or a similar position in HR.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and practices essential for success.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees and management.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive employee information.
