Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated and efficient HR Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all HR processes. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job adverts and screening applications.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure proper onboarding processes.
  • Process and ensure accuracy of employee time cards and attendance records.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment and changes.
  • Generate and prepare various HR reports as required by management.
  • Provide administrative support for employee training and development programs.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Compile and update employee records in both electronic and physical forms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR projects and maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and other HR-related events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative position is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
