Job Description

The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the organization's human resources operations. This position is essential for maintaining and enhancing the company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The HR Administrator is responsible for ensuring all HR activities align with the organization’s strategic goals. This includes handling the employment processes, reviewing and developing organizational policies, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They act as a bridge between management and employees, advocating for employee needs and the company's corporate interests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of ethics, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure high-quality candidates are hired.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all organizational levels.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of workforce planning.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and motivation.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that enhances team morale and employee satisfaction.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits programs to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
