Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in operations management or similar leadership role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies and plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of improving efficiencies and output.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
