Job Description

The Head of Marketing is a key leadership position within the organization, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives. As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee a dynamic team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional departments to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 in leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
