Head Of Major Projects And Technical Excellence

WSP is looking for a Head of Major Projects & Technical Excellence to lead the delivery of major, complex projects across the Middle East, with a particular focus on lead design consultant roles, masterplanning, and the management of multi-disciplinary design teams working in close partnership with developers, architects, and key stakeholders. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving project performance, strengthening client relationships, integrating technical capability across the regional business, and enhancing the consistency and quality of delivery across high-profile commissions. 
 
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience leading complex project delivery from early visioning and masterplanning through design development and implementation, with the credibility to operate at executive level across clients, developers, architects, project teams, and business leadership.
